My name is Britney and I am a Licensed Esthetician in Spokane Valley, WA. I am a 3x Certified Lash Artist specializing in Hybrid + Volume Eyelash Extensions. Cancellation Policy

✺ Cancellation/Rescheduling— Must be done within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so within that time frame will result in a 50% cancellation fee. ✺ Late Policy— 10 minutes late will result in an extra $10 charge to your service; 25 minutes late and you will be asked to reschedule which will also fall under a last minute cancellation and you will be charged 50% of the service. ✺ No Call/No Show— I have absolutely no tolerance for no call/no shows. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment/contact me you will be charged 75% of your scheduled service and you will no longer be able to book with me in the future. ✺ Non-Refundable Deposit- When booking, a $20 non-refundable deposit will be required upon booking. It goes towards your final total at the end of your appointment and puts your card on file for an easier checkout. ✺ Please no children/guests unless specifically stated. ✺ I do not offer refunds of any service but I am absolutely willing to work with you. ✺ Must have atleast 35-40% of your lashes to be considered a fill. I accept cash, any debit/credit card, Venmo and Apple Pay! I understand that life is always changing and things just happen! I am very understanding and flexible so please provide me with the same courtesy and respect and let me know ahead of time if you need to move things around. Communication is key for me!
